Registrations
Registration Fee: €125 + vat per team (2 players) – invoiced to the company.

Participation is strictly limited to companies and organizations. Each company can register teams of 2 players and can register up to 3 teams per company.
The fee includes: Welcome pack for each player with many useful gifts including:

Participation is exclusively open to companies and organizations. Each company may register teams consisting of 2 players, with a maximum of 3 teams allowed per company.

The PadelPro Corporate Tournament by IN Business is tailored for companies and organizations to compete, network, and highlight their team spirit in a dynamic and professional setting.

Location: PadelPro, Ayiou Dimitriou 1A, Palouriotissa, 1035 Nicosia
Tournament Rules & Regulations
Tournament Format
- The tournament will begin with a Group Stage, where each group consists of 4 teams.
- The team with the most points at the end of the Group Stage is declared the group winner and qualifies for the next round.
- If two or more teams tie with the most points, the team that won against the other(s) during that round will qualify.
- After the group stage, the tournament will proceed as a knockout format.
Match Format
- All Matches, except of Semi-Finals & Finals
- Matches will be played to 8 winning games.
- If deuce (40-40), the game is decided on one golden point
- If score is 7-7, tie-break at 7-points.
- Semi-finals & Finals
- Matches will be played as best of three sets.
- Sets 1 and 2 will have a tie-break if the score is 6-6
- The third set will be played as a super tie break – 10-point tie-break.
Final Decisions
- In cases where rule interpretation requires fine judgments, the organizers’ decision is final and binding.
Injuries and Walkovers
- If a player retires due to injury, it is considered a retirement, and the match is forfeited by that team.
- If a player fails to show up within 60 minutes of the agreed time, the opposing pair may claim a walkover.
Fair Play and Umpiring
- All matches are self-umpired and must be conducted in the spirit of fair play. Players are responsible for making honest and fair decisions on the court.
Rescheduling Matches
- Teams wishing to reschedule a match must notify both their opponents and the organizers at least 48 hours in advance.
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the match will be recorded as a walkover in favor of the opposing team.
- Rescheduled matches can only be played on the following Saturday or Sunday morning.
Players’ Responsibilities
Players are expected to uphold the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
Punctuality and Readiness
- Arrive on time and be prepared to play with appropriate clothing and footwear.
Court Etiquette and Fair Play
- You are responsible for calling balls on your side of the court.
- If there is uncertainty about a call, give your opponent the benefit of the doubt and consider the ball in.
- If both parties cannot agree on a point, replay the point.
Scoring
- The server is responsible for keeping the score and announcing it clearly before each point.
Sportsmanship
- Maintain composure on the court – do not lose your cool.
- Refrain from being aggressive or confrontational.
- Always play fair and respect your opponents.
